![]() ![]() I've been wanting to go to this place since we moved here. PS I own a business and would rather be short staffed than to tolerate rude employees. Did not speak to me, while getting bread she started and literally shook her head. After paying for bread ($50 today and $40 on Sat) - I asked if order was credited to my account because she didn't ask for my number and she said "yes", tore up the order, did not offer me any bags for me to carry the 6 loaves out to my car - I asked and she tossed 2 brown paper bags on counter and walked off and went to another employee to talk about me, turned to stare at me while they did !- the 6 loaves did not fit in 2 bags so I asked another counter person for another bag, which she kindly provided. Today was really bad - had pre-ordered 6 loaves of bread for holiday 4 days ago - Saturdays employee was exceptional - kind as expected - picked up bread today and "Mel" was so rude I'm tempted to not return. Unfortunately I have had "Mel" and another un-named employee be outwardly rude -on multiple. I have been buying on a regular basis from this bakery - and for the most part the employees are ok. Owners need to remind the employees to be "kind" always.
